Everyone who has used it says the mattress is comfortable so far. That's probably because the outer shell is 20% polyester. Polyester is softer and maintains it's shape longer than cotton. So they get some points for that. Most companies don't use polyester, but just cotton which is cheaper. So most people that get this mattress will be surprised it's a little softer than thought - that's the reason.
But my main worry is that there doesn't seem to be enough padding between the springs and you. There's only 2 1/2 inches protecting you from the springs. The first 1 3/4 inches is the cotton/poly top and under that a very thin layer of only 3/4 inch foam. And really I would estimate that only maybe a little more than 1 3/4 inches really separate you from the springs (and that's a minute amount people!) because that 3/4 inch of 1.2 density foam isn't going to do much.
